Job summary

Secure Network Solutions India Private Limited seeks a skilled Facility Management Services (FMS) Engineer to provide on-site support for enterprise network and security infrastructure in Mumbai. You will monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewall, and cloud security solutions in a dynamic on-site environment.

Responsibilities include configuring routers/switches, handling security incidents, and supporting Check Point and Zscaler deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Electronics or related field.
• Knowledge of Check Point firewall administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Zscaler ZIA and/or ZPA environments.
• Ability to analyze firewall, proxy, authentication, and network logs.
• Familiarity with ITSM and ticketing processes.
• Strong communication, documentation, and customer-support skills.
• Ability to work independently in on-site customer environments.

• Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching issues.

• Perform first- and second-level troubleshooting for network and security incidents.
• Administer Check Point firewalls: policies, NAT, VPN, logs, incident analysis.
• Support Zscaler: ZIA, ZPA, URL filtering, cloud firewall policies, access controls.
• Assist on-site customers and maintain clear documentation.

We are seeking a skilled Facility Management Services (FMS) Engineer to provide on-site support for enterprise network and security infrastructure.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting LAN/WAN networks, network security devices, Check Point firewalls, and Zscaler cloud security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and network security infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, latency, packet loss, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching issues.
• Configure and support routers, switches, VLANs, trunking, access ports, and routing protocols.
• Perform first- and second-level troubleshooting for network and security incidents.
• Administer and monitor Check Point firewalls: Security policy management, NAT rules, Network objects, VPN connectivity, Access control and threat-prevention policies, Firewall logs and incident analysis.
• Support Zscaler solutions: Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), URL filtering and cloud firewall policies, User authentication and access policies, Zscaler Client Connector troubleshooting, Application access and connector-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• Working knowledge of Check Point firewall administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Zscaler ZIA and/or ZPA environments.
• Ability to analyze firewall, proxy, authentication, and network logs.
• Familiarity with ticketing and IT service management processes.
• Good communication, documentation, and customer-support skills.
• Ability to work independently in an on-site customer environment.

Certification Requirements

• CCNA certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Check Point certification, such as CCSA or CCSE, is preferred.
• Zscaler certifications, such as ZIA Administrator or ZPA Administrator, are an advantage.
