Cloudxtreme in Hyderabad, India is seeking a security-focused professional to manage Cloudflare WAF and security operations. The role focuses on protecting web applications through WAF rule tuning, DDoS protection, and bot management.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on Cloudflare WAF experience, familiarity with OWASP Top 10, API security, and Zero Trust concepts, and the ability to integrate security logs with SIEM tools such as Splunk.

Qualifications

• Experience in web security, network security, or cloud security.
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare WAF, CDN, and security products.
• Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, DNS, and web application architecture.
• Experience managing WAF rules, rate limiting, bot management, and DDoS protection.

Responsibilities

• Implement and tune Cloudflare WAF rules to protect web applications.
• Monitor security events and respond to incidents in alignment with security operations.
• Collaborate with the security operations team to improve threat detection.
• Annotate and correlate logs using Splunk and cloud storage for forensics.
