Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 support for network-related issues escalated from the help desk or L1 support.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
• Configure and manage Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar network devices.
• Perform network upgrades, patching, and maintenance during scheduled maintenance windows.
• Assist in the implementation of network infrastructure projects (routing, switching, wireless, security).
• Manage IP address allocation and DNS/DHCP configuration.
• Conduct network performance monitoring and optimization.
• Maintain network documentation, including diagrams and inventory.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve outages and connectivity issues.
• Support network security protocols and assist with audits and compliance checks
