Job summary

Yotta Infrastructure seeks an experienced network engineering professional to support and extend a large, multi-vendor data centre network. You will work with Cisco ACI architectures, Nexus and Arista switches, and lead a 24x7 L2 network team to ensure high availability and audit-compliant designs.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documenting topologies, coordinating with OEMs, and delivering HLD/LLD designs for complex environments.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cisco ACI architectures (single site, multi-pod, multisite).
• Experience with ACI components (Tenant, BD, VRF, APIC, L2out, L3out).
• Hands-on with Nexus 9K/5K, Catalyst, Arista switches.
• Strong switching/routing experience: STP, VLAN, 802.1x, IPv6, LACP, VRF, PBR, HSRP, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, NAT, IPSec, ACL, EtherChannel.
• Experience with load balancers (RADWARE, F5).
• Knowledge of web/application servers and architecture.
• Documentation of topologies and changes; audit-ready designs.
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis in complex networks.
• Lead L2 Network Engineers; upskill team; coordinate with vendors/OEMs.
• Ability to work in high-pressure 24x7 environments.
• Create HLD/LLD documents and respond to audits.
• Experience in large, complex networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the L2 Network Engineers team and upskill members as needed.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Maintain and document network topologies, changes, and audit-ready designs.
• Coordinate with peer teams, OEMs, and vendors for tasks and maintenance.

Job description

• Knowledge & Experience of Cisco ACI architectures, including single site, multi-pod, multisite.
• Knowledge & Experience of ACI components (Tenant, BD, VRF, APIC, L2out and L3out), Nexus DC technologies such as VPC, VXLAN.
• Hands on experience in Cisco Enterprise/Data Centre Switches, Nexus 9K/Nexus 5K, Catalyst series, Arista Switches
• Very Strong working Experience in switching and routing domains: STP, VLAN, 802.1x, IPv6, LACP, Stacking, VRF, PBR, HSRP, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, NAT, IPSec, ACL, Ether Channel,
• Knowledge & expertise level experience on Server Load Balancer, RADWARE and F5
• Knowledge of Web server, Application Server architecture and Servers functionality
• Configuration, maintenance and support of network solutions in Offices, Data Centres
• Documentation of network topologies and changes.
• Very Strong Troubleshooting of networking issues, root cause analysis.
• Preparation and coordination of technical tasks, maintenance of project documentation, coordination skills with peer teams /OEM/Vendor.
• Experience to lead the L2 Network Engineers team and sharing the Knowledge and upskill the team as and when required,
• Experience and willing to work in a high pressure 24X7 operation support environment
• Experience to create HLD/LLD design document and experience to face the AUDIT compliance
• Working experience in a Big and complex network environment.
