Job summary

Colt Technology Services Group Ltd. is seeking a Network Engineer to contribute to the design, development and implementation of Colt's core network. The role includes troubleshooting and testing to ensure reliability and fast fault resolution, in a global, customer-focused environment.

You will work closely with field engineers, NOC teams and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality network solutions, with an emphasis on timely delivery and robust operation.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving in live environments.

Why we need this role

Performs key network engineering activities to contribute to the design and build of Colt’s core network.

What you will do

The Network Engineer performs key network engineering activities to contribute to the design, development and implementation of Colt's network. They will also conduct troubleshooting and testing on the network to ensure network reliability and to resolve faults.

What we're looking for

Strong experience innetwork transformation implementation across SDH, DWDM, OTN, MSP, ROUTERS and Ethernet technologies

Proven expertise incircuit planning, provisioning, routing, and configuration aligned with customer requirementsGood understanding of network design (HLD/LLD) and low-level technical planning

Hands-on experience intesting activities such as continuity, loop, switching, and end-to-end validationExperience in order management, including raising planned work and managing delivery timelines

Ability to executeinfrastructure build, migration, and technology end-of-life (EOL) activities

Strong coordination skills withcross-functional teams (field engineers, NOC, engineering, delivery)

Familiarity withnetwork management and workflow tools (e.g., XTRAC, Siebel, circuit databases)

Strongtroubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in live network environments

Effectivecommunication and stakeholder management, including customer interactionFocus on quality, KPI adherence, and on-time delivery, with the ability to manage multiple prioritie
