Teleradiology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Network Engineer for its Bangalore (Whitefield) facility. The role focuses on managing LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and high-availability connectivity for critical systems.

You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, and maintain comprehensive network documentation. A 5+ year track record in network administration is preferred, with healthcare IT exposure considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, or related field.
• CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Sophos, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Network Administration, Infrastructure, or Network Support. Healthcare IT experience is a plus.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to manage and optimize the organization’s network infrastructure. The role requires hands‑on experience in LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, and network security to ensure high availability and performance of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage LAN/WAN, WLAN, VPN, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance, uptime, and security.
• Troubleshoot network, DNS, DHCP, routing, and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for network support and incidents.
• Maintain network documentation, IP inventory, and topology diagrams.
• Support infrastructure upgrades, backup connectivity, and disaster recovery.
• Monitor network utilization and generate performance reports.

Desired Skills

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing & Switching.
• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, MikroTik, Aruba, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of Firewall, VPN, NAT, ACL, and network security concepts.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix, or Nagios.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, virtualization, or cloud networking is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
