Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Network Automation Full Stack Developer to design and build scalable, enterprise-grade web applications and automation platforms. You will work on Angular/React front-ends and Node.js/Python back-ends to enable self-service automation and analytics for network operations.

You will integrate with Cisco DNA Center, Cisco ACI, and SD-WAN controllers, while shaping IaC/NaC practices and CI/CD pipelines for automation delivery.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in Network Automation and Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in Python-based automation and modern web technologies.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking environments.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable enterprise web applications using Angular/React and Node.js/Python
• Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services supporting automation workflows
• Develop responsive dashboards, analytics platforms, and network operations portals
• Ensure high standards of application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability
• Develop automation solutions for provisioning, configuration management, compliance validation, upgrades, and remediation
• Automate LAN, WAN, Wireless, Routing, Switching, Firewall, Load Balancer, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM environments
• Integrate with platforms such as Cisco DNA Center, Cisco ACI, and SD-WAN Controllers
• Build self-service and self-healing automation capabilities
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automation solutions
• Work with Git repositories, code reviews, release management, and deployment automation

• Contribute to solution architecture and technical design discussions
• Mentor junior developers and network automation engineers
