Job summary

Qualifications

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in integrating various platforms such as Ansible, Cisco NSO, Workflow engine, ServiceNow, GitHub, Netbox and more, while also working on network standardization through YANG modeling. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to integrate disparate systems, ensuring smooth and efficient end-to-end workflows.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide scalable integration solutions using Ansible, Cisco NSO, Workflow engine, ServiceNow, GitHub, Netbox etc.
• Create and maintain API-based integrations.
• Document all integration processes, design decisions, and developed solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system integration and workflow issues, ensuring high levels of performance and security.
• Continuously monitor and analyze the efficiency of integrated solutions, proposing and implementing improvements when necessary.
• Participate in regular review sessions with IT peers to discuss best practices, new technologies, and potential optimizations.
• Offer training and support to other IT team members on integrated systems and platforms.
• Develop Ansible playbooks for network orchestration.
• Configuring Cisco NSO for network orchestration and ensuring its seamless integration with other platforms.
• Standardize and document network configurations using YANG modeling for Cisco routers and switches in a design implementation guideline, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and uniformity across the organization.
• Document the service and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT.

Experience & Requirements

• Background in IT service delivery (ITIL certification preferred).
• Proven technical acumen; ability to bridge tech specifications and business concepts.
• Proficient in WAN, LAN, Wireless LAN, IP-mgt, DNS, DHCP.
• Certifications: Cisco DevNet Professional, Cisco CCNP.
• Language: Fluent in English.
