Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai** seeks an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement and manage large-scale enterprise networks. You will work with Cisco Nexus, Riverbed WAN optimization, F5 load balancers, and WLAN infrastructure to ensure high availability.

You will troubleshoot complex networks, including BGP routing and wireless systems, and manage firewalls from Checkpoint, Palo Alto and Fortinet, with FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer tooling.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in designing, implementing and managing large-scale enterprise networks.
• Experience with Cisco Nexus switches, Riverbed WAN optimization, F5 load balancers, and WLAN.
• Strong troubleshooting of large-scale enterprise networks and routing protocols (BGP).
• Experience troubleshooting large-scale wireless networks.
• Experience with Checkpoint, Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls.
• Provide senior-level hands-on support for firewall management, logging, audits and vulnerability management.
• Configuring Fortinet systems including FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot large-scale networks and routing protocols (BGP).

Role & responsibilities

1. Have 6 plus years of experience in designing, implementation and management of large scale enterprise network with exposure to routing, switching, WAN optimizers, wireless LAN and load balancers.
2. Experience in implementation of Enterprise Data Center network with exposure to Cisco Nexus Switches, Riverbed WAN Optimization devices, F5 load balancers, wireless LAN equipment.
3. Good expertise in troubleshooting of large scale enterprise network including various types of switches, routers, WAN optimizers, load balancers & routing protocols such as BGP.
4. Experience troubleshooting of large scale wireless network
5. Good experience in Checkpoint/Palo Alto/Fortinet Firewalls
6. Provide senior level, advanced hands‑on support for Checkpoint enterprise firewalls, Palo Alto, Fortigate (a must), log reporting, firewall audits and vulnerability management
