• Provide best practices and feedback for service improvement.
• Measure network performance using tools.
• Collaborate with Platform Network teams and mentor L1/L2 engineers.

Required Technical Skill Set

Good knowledge on Network Administration and Cisco Catalyst SDWAN (Viptela) and Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC), Cisco WLC and Cisco ISE, Cisco Switch

Must-Have

• Design, deploy, and implement Cisco SD-WAN solutions.
• Design and implement Cisco DNAC with Cisco Campus Switch. Cisco Access Point, Cisco wireless controller, Cisco ISE solutions for network automation and assurance.
• Create low-level and high-level designs of SD-WAN and DNAC networks.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues related to Viptela SDWAN and DNAC.
• Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network hardware and software.
• Monitor network performance and optimize network infrastructure.
• Policy Management: Develop and enforce network policies, including traffic management policies.
• Integrate DNAC with existing network infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain network policies using DNAC.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DNAC deployments.
• Provide best Practices and Recommendation including regular operations feedback for the improvement of services.
• Measure and benchmark the network performance using Client Acquired, and Approved, network performance tools.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with other Platform Network teams, provide guidance to L1 and L2 engineers, and lead network projects.
• Inventory, SOP creation, Network Diagram and Audit and compliance.
