Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is seeking an IT Administrator in Ahmedabad to oversee IT infrastructure and security. You will manage servers, networks, and Active Directory, ensuring reliable operations for the organization.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of hands-on IT experience in engineering or manufacturing settings and familiarity with Fortinet, Safetica, Trend Micro, and ERP support to serve across departments.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science or engineering with relevant IT specialization.
• 1–3 years hands-on IT administration experience in engineering or manufacturing settings.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, security solutions, and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and systems.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Active Directory environments.
• Manage Fortinet Firewalls and ensure secure connectivity.
• Monitor Safetica DLP and Trend Micro Endpoint Protection solutions.
• Configure MFA tools such as WatchGuard and enforce IT security policies.
• Procure IT hardware, software, and services and provide end-user support.
• Support ERP system and assist across departments with IT issues.

Responsibilities

• To oversee and maintain IT infrastructure including serves, networks and systems.
• Administer and trouble shoot Windows Active Directory environments.
• Manage and configure Fortinet Firewalls to ensure secure connectivity.
• Implement and monitor Safetica Data Leak Prevention and Trend Micro Endpoint Protection solutions.
• Manage and configure Multifactor authenticator like WatchGuard.
• Ensure IT security compliance and safeguard organizational data.
• Procure IT related hardware, software and services.
• Provide timely support for networking and IT related issues across departments.
• Support for ERP system.

Qualifications

Desired Education: B.E. Computer, B.Sc Computer, Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.

Experience

• Min. 1-3 years of hands on experience on similar position with any Engineering / Manufacturing organization managing IT dept. activities including IT networking & Security.
• Thorough knowledge of configure Firewall, routers, switches and network protocol, Active Directory, DLP, Email Security and End Point Protection & support for ERP.
• Familiarity with enterprise security solutions (Safetica, Trend Micro, Fortinet).
