Coforge is seeking a Network Administrator for its Delhi location. The candidate will join a Network Operations Center (NOC) to monitor, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.

You will ensure high availability and performance of LAN/WAN services, while enforcing security policies and maintaining documentation. The role demands hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches, VLANs, routing protocols, and VPNs, across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE) or M.Sc. (IT/CS) / MCA from a recognised university.
• Experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) environments and enterprise network administration.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage enterprise network infrastructure from the NOC environment.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches.
• Perform network monitoring, fault management, and incident resolution to meet SLAs.
• Diagnose and resolve LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity issues.
• Monitor network health, bandwidth utilization, and device performance.
• Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, and routing protocols.
• Manage routing and switching infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Support implementation and maintenance of network security policies, ACLs, and VPN connectivity.
• Escalate complex network issues and coordinate with L2/L3 teams for resolution.
• Perform firmware upgrades, patch management, and configuration backups of network devices.
• Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Participate in RCA and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure network availability, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Support 24x7 operations and respond to critical network incidents when required.
