Division: Ecommerce
Role: B2B Seller Support [THIS IS NOT A SALES ROLE]

Experience: At least 6 months in voice process (Excellent Spoken English Skills)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for end-to-end Seller Account Management.
2. Ability to manage allocated sellers to meet the set goals.
3. Drive GMV, Listings, Promotions, Inventory and Geographic expansion.
4. Seller Escalation Management – understand and solve seller problems.
5. Re-activating inactive sellers.
6. Guiding sellers on listing best practices.
7. Educating sellers on client’s product/process/policy know-how.
8. Combine business and data insights to help sellers scale their business.
9. Plan and drive key business initiatives across sellers to enhance seller health.
10. Create joint business plans with Top Sellers to get nonlinear business growth.

Location: Kolkata only

Days: 6 days (Sunday off)

Shift: General 9 hours (no rotational)

Employment: 6 months contractual (no bond, performance basis)

Salary: up to 14k take home (including internet allowance)
