Walk-in Date: 26th & 27th September ’22 (Monday & Tuesday)

Walk-in Time: 11:00 am to 2:00 pm

Research Associate is an entry-level position in our Financial Intelligence team. The role will entail researching and pulling out relevant information from various publicly available sources like industry journals, company press releases, annual reports, and government regulatory filings.

The primary responsibilities include:

1. Collecting, summarizing, and synthesizing business information related to the Private Equity and Venture Capital domain.
2. Profiling work including profiling of funds, writing management profiles, and creating and updating portfolios.
3. Tracking and analyzing various PE/VC backed transactions, such as Merger, Acquisitions, Leverage Buyouts, Management Buyout, and Early and late stage funding rounds.

Required Skill Set:

• Strong knowledge related to Private Equity, Debt, Venture Capital, Mergers, and Acquisitions.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to handle targets and deliver research tasks within stringent TAT.

**WE ARE HIRING IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY WHO ARE COMFORTABLE IN A HYBRID MODEL**

Salary:

During probation of 6 months:

• 12.2k take home + 750 internet allowance (graduate freshers) = 12.9k per month take home
• 13.7k take home + 750 internet allowance (post-graduate freshers) = 14.5k per month take home

After completion of the probation period, there is a hike of 3000/- in the salary.

Performance Bonus starts after completion of 3 months.

Working Days: 5 (Sat/Sun off)
