Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. The candidate should be familiar with the NetApp storage structure, including the basics of NetApp.
2. Must be aware of cloning processes, data protection, and storage efficiency.
3. Scripting knowledge is a plus; however, the candidate should be able to understand scripts.
4. Proficiency in troubleshooting and understanding critical storage events.
5. Understanding of operating systems such as AIX, Linux, and Windows.
6. Knowledge of SAN and NAS infrastructure, including zoning.
7. Ability to report and monitor storage, raise tickets for events or part replacements, and perform related activities.
8. Understanding of AIQ for storage wellness and risk mitigation.
9. Good communication skills and confidence.
10. Basic understanding of host-side operations.
11. Familiarity with backup software is desirable.
