Job summary

Visionet Systems Inc. in Bengaluru seeks a Tech Lead - Full Stack to drive technical execution of modules across .NET, React, Python, and Azure. You will mentor developers, own architecture, and ensure scalable, secure delivery.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of software development experience with 2+ years in lead roles.
• Strong expertise in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, microservices, React.js and Python.
• Experience with SQL Server, NoSQL databases, and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of design principles (SOLID, DRY) and microservices/architectures.
• Experience in Agile with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Ability to guide a development team and collaborate with onshore teams.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

• As a Tech Lead - Full Stack, you will drive the technical execution of key modules within our flagship
• product. You will work closely with architects and product stakeholders to implement scalable, high
• performance solutions across frontend, backend, databases, and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• This is a hands-on Lead role where you will guide the development team, ensure engineering best
• practices, and contribute actively to coding and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• Solid understanding of software design principles (SOLID, DRY) and common architecture
• patterns (microservices, layered, event-driven).
• Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to guide a development team through technical
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with onshore teams to
• deliver high-quality products.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
