This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of JUARA IT SOLUTIONS. We are currently looking for a NetSuite & OpenAir Administrator in India.

This fully remote contract role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in NetSuite and OpenAir administration. You’ll support financial operations, streamline workflows, and ensure platform performance through advanced configurations and integrations. This position offers a high-impact opportunity to collaborate with finance, IT, and audit teams, contributing directly to system stability, SOX compliance, and business continuity. The role requires hands-on technical skills, proactive problem-solving, and availability during Pacific Time business hours overlap.

Accountabilities:

  • Administer and support NetSuite and OpenAir platforms, including user and permission management, data recovery, and audit log maintenance.
  • Customize workflows using SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder; support SuiteAnalytics and advanced accounting modules.
  • Ensure system integrity and compliance with SOX 404b and internal financial controls.
  • Integrate NetSuite with third-party tools such as Avalara, ADP, Salesforce, and Adaptive.
  • Collaborate across finance, IT, and audit teams to resolve issues and optimize business workflows.
  • Maintain and enhance platform performance, including monitoring and tuning for efficiency.
  • Support release testing, change management processes, and implementation rollouts.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience administering NetSuite and OpenAir platforms.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting workflows, and business process automation.
  • Certified in NetSuite and OpenAir; hands-on experience with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and advanced accounting modules.
  • Familiar with data recovery, system auditing, and SOX 404b compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with finance and IT teams.
  • Availability for overlapping hours between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM Pacific Time.
  • Preferred: experience with SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), DevOps practices, ARM (Advanced Revenue Management), and tools like Equity Edge or Adaptive Planning.
