Job summary

LTM Hyderabad is seeking a Lead Solution Architect with 15+ years of experience to own end-to-end architecture and technical delivery. You will drive design discussions with clients and vendors, mentor teams, and contribute hands-on to critical components across .NET, React, and cloud-native stacks.

You will guide frontend, mobile, and backend decisions, design cloud-native Azure solutions, and implement CI/CD pipelines. AI tools like Copilot will be used to enhance productivity in the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software development experience with at least 5 years in architecture/leadership
• Proficient in C#, .NET/.NET Core, and API design
• Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems
• Hands-on with React and React Native; Azure, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes (AKS)
• Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills
• Experience designing cloud-native solutions and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, technical delivery using .NET, Microservices, React based technologies and cloud-native patterns.
• Engage with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to drive solution discussions.
• Provide real-time, scenario-based solution approaches and architecture recommendations.

Role Summary
