Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development of .NET projects from start to finish, including gathering and analyzing requirements, creating project plans and schedules, tracking progress, managing risks, communicating with stakeholders, approving deliverables, resolving issues, and ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality project completion.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring the use of latest .NET technologies, best practices, and design patterns.
• Stay up‑to‑date on .NET technologies and trends through conferences, blogs, and courses.
• Contribute to the company’s .NET strategy by identifying new opportunities and recommending infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience with at least 3 years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of .NET programming concepts and technologies.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
