Job summary

Lennox India Technology Centre is seeking a seasoned .NET Specialist with 8+ years in .NET and at least 3+ years as a Technical Lead. You will design and implement enterprise-grade .NET applications, lead microservices-based architectures, and drive DevOps culture.

Collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable software aligned with business goals. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in .NET development with at least 3+ years as a Technical Lead.
• Experience in projects related to manufacturing, HVAC, or product domains.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework/.NET 8+, EF and Web API development.
• Experience designing microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall architecture strategy aligned with business goals.
• Design and oversee enterprise-grade system architectures and blueprints.
• Lead development teams with architectural governance and best practices.
• Develop .NET applications and services, including microservices, using ASP.NET Core.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Mentor developers and promote DevOps, CI/CD, and IaC practices.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance of systems.
• Participate in full SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment.

Job description

• 8+ years of experience in .NET development , with at least 3+ years as a Technical Lead
• Worked in Projects related to - Manufacturing . HVAC, Mechanical or any other product related
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework/.NET 8+, Entity Framework, and Web API development.
• Experience designing and developing microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and clean architecture practices.
• Database expertise with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, including performance tuning and optimization.
• Experience with messaging and event-streaming technologies such as Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams, business stakeholders, and leadership teams.
• Ability to align technical solutions and architecture decisions with business goals and long‑term strategy.
