Job summary

Mancer Consulting Services is seeking a Technical Leader with strong hands-on architecture expertise to design scalable products and applications. You will drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure robust delivery across the .NET/C# stack and cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in microservices, relational and NoSQL databases, and translating business needs into reliable, scalable solutions while leading teams through SDLC and Agile processes.

Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in .NET and C#, with experience designing transactional and reporting databases across relational and NoSQL platforms.
  • Proven experience in C# and .NET product development.
  • Strong hands-on coding and code review experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or GCP (preferred).
  • Expertise in Microservices architecture.
  • Experience in software and public cloud architecture.
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and core engineering principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in people leadership.
