• Kafka and data access patterns knowledge.

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using ASP.NET Web API, React, and Microservices architecture.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed systems.
• Develop reusable React components and frontend solutions with Hooks and Redux.
• Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, and DB tuning.
• Design and optimize data access with Entity Framework for performance and scalability.
• Lead messaging and event-streaming using RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar tools.
• Own end-to-end delivery of modules, including design, development, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards and security practices.
• Define frontend-backend integration strategies and reusable React component architecture.
• Drive CI/CD improvements, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using ASP.NET Web API, React, and Microservices architecture.Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems.
• Develop reusable React components and frontend solutions using React Hooks and Redux, along with backend services, following clean architecture and secure coding practices.
• Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and optimization.
• Design and optimize data access solutions using Entity Framework to support performance and scalability requirements.
• Drive messaging and event-streaming solutions using RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, SQS, Azure Service Bus, JMS, or Kafka.Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Define front-end-backend integration strategies and reusable React component architecture for enterprise applications.
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks by performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.
• Mentor team members on React, .NET Core, REST APIs, Microservices, and engineering practices.
