Job summary

Iris Software is seeking a .NET Fullstack React consultant to design and deliver scalable enterprise applications. You will work on ASP.NET Web API REST services, React frontend with Hooks and Redux, and microservices architecture, with emphasis on performance and secure coding practices.

You will drive API contracts, data access optimization, and messaging patterns using Kafka and related tools, mentoring team members and ensuring end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with ASP.NET Web API REST services.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture and integration patterns.
• Strong frontend skills in React using hooks and Redux.
• Experience with messaging/data streaming tools like Kafka.
• Solid data access and ORM experience (e.g., Entity Framework).

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using ASP.NET Web API, React, and Microservices architecture.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems.
• Develop reusable React components and frontend solutions using React Hooks and Redux, along with backend services, following clean architecture and secure coding practices.
• Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and optimization.
• Design and optimize data access solutions using Entity Framework to support performance and scalability requirements.
• Drive messaging and event-streaming solutions using RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, SQS, Azure Service Bus, JMS, or Kafka.
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Define front-end-backend integration strategies and reusable React component architecture for enterprise applications.
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks by performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.
• Mentor team members on React, .NET Core, REST APIs, Microservices, and engineering practices.
