Job summary

Agilysys Technologies India is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Analyst to head design, development, and delivery of enterprise web applications and microservices in Chennai. The role requires strong expertise in .NET, Angular, and AI technologies, plus proven leadership of development teams.

You will guide architecture, ensure performance, security, and maintainability, mentor engineers, and drive AI integration through MCP, RAG, and automation.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Analyst to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade web applications and microservices. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in .NET, Angular, and modern AI technologies, along with proven experience in leading development teams and driving technical excellence.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Application Development
• Strong experience in C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
• Expertise in Angular (v16+) with modern UI development practices.
• Experience in building scalable Microservices Architecture.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems.

AI (Mandatory)

Minimum 2 years of practical AI development experience, including:

• Prompt Engineering / Prompt Design.
• Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• AI Automation and workflow orchestration.
• Experience integrating AI services into enterprise applications.

Database

• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.
• Excellent SQL development skills.
• Experience in database performance tuning and optimization.

Leadership & Management

• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing development teams.
• Experience leading teams of 5 or more engineers.
• Mentoring developers and conducting technical reviews.
• Stakeholder communication and technical decision-making.
