Job description

Technician Responsibilities:

1. Unpack and repack a laptop/desktop without any additional damage to the device.
2. Install OS, drivers, and software.
3. Troubleshoot basic electronic devices.
4. Chip level work is optional.
5. Understand device specifications, including processor generation, RAM support per device, and the difference between HDD and SSD.
6. Report to management regarding total inputs, resolved issues, and awaiting spare parts or solutions on a day-to-day basis.
7. Communicate effectively.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
