You may never receive an offer letter and salary slip because salaries are paid in cash with zero transparancy. The salary promised during the interview can be reduced within a month without any prior notice. There are no paid leave even if you are genuinely sick. If you take leave your salary will be deducted. The management is extremely poor new rules are introduced every week without proper communication with team members. The sales team is the worst part of the company Manager and Team leader are rookies and don't know how to manage or lead team effectively. If you don't work exactly the way the expect, they hold your salary or even refuse to pay your full salary. There's a coffee machine in office, but if you want a cup of coffee, you have to pay rs20 yourself. The only positive thing is the office timing (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM). However even after 7:00 PM, employees are ofter asked to stay back and work without any valid reason or additional compensation.
