Experience: 2 to 4 Yrs
Shift: 9am to 6:30 PM
Work Duration: Permanent role
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Work Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nādu.

Job Description:

1. Sound knowledge of END TO END Recruitment IT concepts, sourcing, screening, and recruiting latest trends.
2. Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e. Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
3. Making job postings on the job portals.
4. Prepare job specifications based on the requirements.
5. Maintaining database on a daily basis.
6. Experience in vendor management is an added advantage.
7. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
