Job summary

Global Enterprise Technology & AI Solutions Organization in India is hiring a Navision Functional Consultant to configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for Finance and Manufacturing. You will gather requirements, conduct workshops, and prepare FRDs with stakeholders.

Role involves hands-on module expertise in General Ledger, AP/AR, BOM, routing, production orders, capacity planning, and costing.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and implementing D365 BC in Finance and Manufacturing.
• Strong requirements gathering and FRD preparation.
• Navision/NAV exposure is a plus for the role.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops and prepare functional requirement documents (FRDs).
• Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Provide functional expertise in the Finance and Manufacturing modules, including General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, BOM, Routings, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Costing.
• Support Supply Chain processes (Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse) as they relate to Finance and Manufacturing.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Work closely with technical teams on customizations and enhancements.
• Support third-party integrations with Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Assist in upgrade and migration projects from Dynamics NAV to Business Central.
• Support system testing, UAT, training, and go-live activities.
• Monitor and update project tasks in JIRA.
• Provide ongoing support and issue resolution for end users.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure successful project delivery.
