NIELIT Srinagar is offering an internship opportunity under a project for developing secure UAV networks. The intern will analyze access control mechanisms and gain experience in cryptography and UAV communication security.

The position is full-time for 5 months with a stipend of Rs. 9,900 per month. Candidates must have a relevant degree or be final year students in IT or Electronics.

National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) Srinagar, Meity, Govt of India is inviting applications for an internship under the Proof of Concept (PoC) titled "Secure and Scalable Access Control Mechanism for UAV Networks," approved under Project SwaYaan for "Capacity building for Human Resource Development in Unmanned Aircraft Systems (Drone and related Technology)".

About the Program

The PoC focuses on developing a secure and scalable access control mechanism for UAV (Drone) Networks. The project involves analysis of existing UAV access control mechanisms, design of hybrid cryptographic frameworks, and deployment on UAV testbeds for evaluating energy efficiency, latency, and computational performance. Interns will gain exposure to cryptography, UAV communication security, simulation tools, and UAV testbed experimentation.
