Job description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • BCA, B.Tech (IT), BSC (IT)
  • 2-4 years’ experience in IT & Admin function

Primary Tasks & Activities:

  1. IT, Assets and Administration Management
    • Maintaining all IT-related tasks.
    • Maintaining office consumables like stationery items and raw material of sample stock.
    • Coordinating for in-house event/off-site management (decorations).
    • Ordering lunch and cakes as per office requirements.
    • Management of corporate stationery/printing.
    • Coordinating with the Accounts Team for payments of rentals/electricity/maintenance.
    • Ensuring proper maintenance of water filters, generators, and official vehicles (fuel is filled).
    • Managing corporate mobile phone connections for employees.
  2. Maintaining Database and Housekeeping Requirements
    • Maintaining daily office expenses through an online sheet.
    • Maintaining cleanliness checklist.
    • Ensuring availability of crockery and CCD requirements.
    • Ensuring refreshments for MD Office and overall office are available.
    • Ensuring all housekeeping cleaning agents are available.
  3. Providing Assets & Workplace Items/Equipment to Employees
    • Coordinating arrangements for joining/existing employees (workplace, assets, etc. with Travel Desk Executive).
    • Resolving employee issues related to assets.
    • Purchasing PCs/laptops and coordinating with Purchase for procurement of other assets & replacements.
    • Ensuring all company assets are properly labeled with allocation numbering.
    • Getting assets allocation form filled on joining and asset return form signed on exit of employee.
    • Getting assets repaired as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
