Job summary

Luxoft, a leading global technology services company, seeks an experienced Murex MxML Lead to steer a large-scale Change programme in the commodities trading domain. You will lead a team of MxML developers and own the end-to-end technical delivery of MxML integration initiatives.

Collaborating with BAs, functional teams, QA and stakeholders, you will drive design, development, testing and releases, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Murex
• Proven experience in MxML Exchange and interface development
• Trade lifecycle integration (Pre-trade, confirmations, settlements)
• Workflow orchestration and message routing
• Understanding of Java for integration components
• Unix/Linux scripting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

This role is part of a large-scale Murex Change programme for a leading global commodities trading organisation. The programme involves delivering strategic Murex changes and enhancements across the trading and integration landscape.We are looking for an experienced Murex MxML Lead to lead a team of MxML developers and drive the technical delivery of MxML integration initiatives. The role will involve close collaboration with Business Analysts, Murex functional teams, QA and business stakeholders to deliver complex Change requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of MxML developers, providing technical direction, guidance and mentoring.
• Drive the end-to-end delivery of MxML Change initiatives, from requirements analysis and solution design through development, testing and release.
• Lead the design and development of MxML Exchange interfaces and workflows.
• Review requirements, perform technical impact analysis and define appropriate MxML solutions.
• Design and deliver complex inbound and outbound interfaces, including message transformation, mapping, routing and validation.
• Own technical delivery, including estimation, planning, development, defect resolution and release.
• Work closely with BAs, functional teams, QA and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Review technical designs and development deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot complex MxML and integration issues and drive resolution.
• Provide technical leadership during SIT/UAT and production releases.
• Drive technical discussions with stakeholders and contribute to overall integration solution design.

SKILLS

Must have

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Murex

• Working knowledge of Java for understanding integration components

• Good understanding of capital markets and financial products

• Experience in interface design, message routing, and event-driven architecture
• Solid knowledge of XML, XSLT, and integration patterns
