Job summary

Luxoft is seeking experienced Murex developers to support a multi-year program for a leading UK Financial Services organization. You will design, develop, and test MxML workflows and C2 components, contributing to complex integration efforts and collaborating with business analysts and QA teams.

The role requires strong Murex experience (5+ years), advanced SQL, Unix familiarity, and knowledge of the pre-trade framework and MSL scripting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Murex experience with strong MxML development.
• Strong expertise in MxML workflows and formula development.
• Basic understanding of Murex C2 development.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Good understanding of financial markets.
• Knowledge of pre-trade framework and MSL scripting language.
• Hands-on experience with Unix.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, design, development, and unit testing of MxML workflows and C2 components.
• Fix production and test defects and own end-to-end tasks with BA and testing teams.

Luxoft has been engaged by a leading UK Financial Services organization to provide Murex implementation services across a varied portfolio of projects. We require experienced integration developers with strong knowledge of Murex MxML and C2, along with broad exposure to financial markets, to work on a multi-year program. You will be working in a high-performing team of Luxoft and client staff.

Responsibilities

• Technical analysis of changes, solution design, development/configuration, and unit testing of MxML workflows and C2 components
• Technical analysis of changes, solution design, development, and unit testing
• Participate in fixing production and test defects
• End-to-end ownership of tasks in cooperation with business analysts and testing team

SKILLS

Must have

• 5+ years of experience in Murex, with strong MxML Developer experience mandatory.
• Strong expertise in MxML workflow and formula development.
• Basic understanding of Murex C2 development is required.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Good understanding of financial markets.
• Knowledge of the pre-trade framework and MSL scripting language.
• Hands-on experience with Unix.

Nice to have

• Good Java experience, especially integrating Java code in MxML
• Pre-trade experience
• DevOps experience on Murex (GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, etc.)
• Technical solution design experience and start-to-end solution ownership
