Murex Front Office Developer

Job summary

Luxoft India seeks an experienced Murex professional to support Front Office and risk modules on the Mx 3.1 platform. You will analyze requirements, build pricing and booking capabilities, and drive STP initiatives with internal partners across pricing, distribution, and execution.

The role requires deep asset-class exposure, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions for production readiness.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Murex system in the Front office and risk modules of the Mx 3.1 platform.
• Proven experience working on scalable, resilient transaction processing systems in the Financial markets.
• A strong analytical and logical approach to problem-solving and system development.
• Very strong exposure to all asset classes.
• Strong exposure to trade lifecycle across front office, back office, and middle office tiers.
• Detailed knowledge of Murex Front office and risk modules.
• Responsible for doing Requirement Analysis in Front Office space for various asset classes.
• Responsible for doing an initial analysis of existing production data and existing test case suite.
• Ability to analyze and understand product requirements and offer solutions and support to facilitate the rollouts.
• Work closely with the Front Office business to design and build pricing and booking capabilities in the Murex system.
• Participate with internal business partners on cross-functional projects to provide STP solutions for pricing, distribution, and execution capabilities.
• Be responsible for understanding the business needs, identifying business solutions, and validating the pros and cons of technical solution options.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand product requirements and offer solutions to facilitate rollouts.
• Collaborate with Front Office to design and implement pricing and booking in Murex.
• Engage with internal partners on cross-functional projects delivering STP for pricing and execution.
• Understand business needs and evaluate pros/cons of technical options.
• Perform initial analysis of production data and test case suites.
