Job summary

JSM Consulting Inc is looking for a Murex Developer to join our Pan India team. The role demands hands-on MX.3 experience and strong knowledge of Murex modules, market data configurations, and rule-based workflows.

You will work across pre-trade and post-trade lifecycle processes, support production environments, and collaborate with clients on requirements, solution reviews, and release management. Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux, and batch schedulers is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of hands-on experience with Murex MX.3 platforms.
• Strong expertise in MxML Exchange, workflows, Datamart, and MDR components.
• Experience with Murex simulation views, static data, and market data configurations.
• Understanding of pre-trade and post-trade lifecycle processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle or Sybase databases and advanced SQL.
• Troubleshooting and debugging skills within Murex environments.
• Experience with Murex services, log analysis, and environment management.
• Knowledge of batch scheduling tools Autosys, Control-M, or Tidal.
• Understanding of trade lifecycle workflows across capital markets.
• Experience in asset classes: FX, Money Markets, Interest Rates, Equities, Fixed Income, or Derivatives.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets, Trading, and Risk Management processes.
• Familiarity with SDLC and release management processes.
• Experience supporting production environments and resolving complex issues.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix and shell commands.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to participate in client discussions, requirement workshops, and solution reviews.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
