Job summary

A technology solutions provider is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues. You will be responsible for installation/configuration of hardware, software, and network devices. Multiple years of IT experience preferred, with an educational background in Higher Secondary. This role is based in Vasai, with competitive remuneration between ₹15,000.00 – ₹19,000.00 per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of IT experience preferred.
• Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and semi-managed switches.

Multilink is authorized business partner of netcore solutions for complete mail infra solutions , Authotized Parter of Acronis for cloud backup services and reseller of Sophos UTM /Network Firewall

Roles and Responsibility:

Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving computer hardware, software, and other network and system related problems.
Computer Assembling, formatting ,installing various software
Installation, configuration and support of IT equipment (Desktop, laptops, printers .wi -fi routers etc.)
Solving network problems related to internet / print /file sharing
Installation of Wi Fi routers / access points / CCTV camera
Network backup
Basic knowledge of AD
Configuring and maintaining MS Outlook / Gsuite
Basic knowledge of semi managed switches

Vendor coordination

Daily activity reporting to IT manager by mail

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹19,000.00 per month
