Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in ICT administration or system operations with integration platforms.
• Hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform administration experience.
• Experience with production support and incident management.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools.

Work Summary

The Administrator for the MuleSoft platform is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support of MuleSoft environments. This role ensures the platform’s stability, performance, and security, enabling seamless integration and API management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Administering MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components including Runtime Manager, API Manager, and Exchange.
• Monitoring system health, performance, and availability of MuleSoft services.
• Managing user access, roles, and permissions within the platform.
• Performing routine updates, patches, and backups of MuleSoft environments.
• Troubleshooting and resolving platform-related incidents and service requests.
• Supporting deployment processes and assisting development teams with environment setup.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Academic background & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in ICT administration or system operations, preferably with integration platforms.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform administration.
• Experience in supporting production environments and managing incidents.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and automation frameworks is a plus
