Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is seeking a Mulesoft Developer with 5–12 years of overall software experience. The role focuses on design, development and deployment of MuleSoft applications and collaborating with MuleSoft Architects to implement solutions.

You will provide technical assistance to customers and partners, troubleshoot issues, handle escalations, tune performance and prepare technical docs.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of overall experience in software development.
• Minimum 1 year of MuleSoft development experience.
• Strong knowledge of SOA, REST and web services.
• Experience with Mule ESB, Anypoint Studio, API Management and CloudHub.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy MuleSoft applications and work with MuleSoft Architects to implement solutions.
• Provide technical assistance to MuleSoft customers and partners and support integration projects.
• Debug, troubleshoot and resolve MuleSoft application issues and ensure high availability.
• Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolution of technical problems.
• Perform performance tuning of MuleSoft applications to optimize SLAs.
• Prepare technical documentation for MuleSoft applications and ensure proper knowledge transfer.
