Job Description

We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee- HRO. We’re looking for someone with strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment. Self-starting, intellectually curious and creative individual comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Employee Data Management and Recruitment Administration, supporting the client in one or more of the following areas:
  • Recruitment Administration: validating data, posting job requisitions, scheduling interviews, creating offer letters, and requesting paperwork from candidates.
  • Employee Data Management: creating new-hire records, updating employee personal data, processing separations and transfers, and sharing information with required third-party vendors.
  • Other responsibilities: publishing process KPI's, assisting team members, connecting with customers, identifying areas of improvement, and meeting process SLA’s.
Qualifications
  • Minimum qualifications: Any Graduate (PG an added advantage).
  • Preferred qualifications: Exposure to Transition of a new HRO process, delivers oral and written communications that have clarity and impact, E2E knowledge with work experience in HRO, HR skillset and experience – Intermediate, knowledge of Oracle HCM, and working experience in SOX controls.
