Job summary

EY in India is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to design, implement and manage SAP solutions that align with business goals and technology landscape. You will lead cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and drive architecture, integration and optimization across SAP modules including HANA, Fiori, BW, ECC, PI/PO, BTP and SLT.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP solution architecture and implementation.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions for large-scale enterprises.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and collaborate with global teams.
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design and Architecture: Develop and implement comprehensive SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Design scalable SAP architectures that integrate with existing systems and processes.
• Conduct assessments of current systems and identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure architecture adheres to best practices, standards and compliance.
• Develop reference architectures and blueprints.
• Project Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Technical Expertise: Strong experience of SAP solutions (HANA, Fiori, BW, ECC, PI/PO, BTP, SLT).
• Stay up-to-date with SAP technologies and best practices.
• Conduct technical reviews and evaluate proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors to select SAP tools and services.
• Integration and Optimization: Design and implement integration strategies for seamless data flow between SAP and EY applications.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks to enhance efficiency.
