Project Role Description :

Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives.

Summary:

In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive evaluations of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to the client. This includes engaging with stakeholders to understand overarching customer needs, designing appropriate business solutions and frameworks to support these needs, and crafting detailed business cases that align with the strategic vision. The role requires a thoughtful approach to shaping business structures and ensuring that proposed initiatives are well-founded and positioned for successful implementation.

• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes and recommending enhancements.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise resource planning solutions.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Core Technical Stack:
• Proficient in X++, X++ extensions, SQL Server, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with GitHub-based source control, UDE development environments, OData, Dataverse connectivity, and custom X++ web service integrations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• SCM Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of D365 SCM data models and business processes (Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management - WMS, and Sales & Marketing).
• Integration Tools: Experience with Data Management Framework (DMF/DIXF), custom data entities, and Azure-based integrations.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate or Finance and Operations Apps Developer Expert (preferred).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to work effectively in client-facing or multi-vendor team environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
