About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Microsoft Fabric Engineer with 5+ years of experience in data engineering, cloud analytics, and modern data platform development. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, ETL/ELT development, and enterprise analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using Microsoft Fabric and Azure services.
- Build and support Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and analytics solutions within Microsoft Fabric.
- Work with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand data and reporting requirements.
- Implement data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration processes for structured and unstructured data sources.
- Develop scalable and optimized data models for analytics and reporting.
- Support Power BI reporting and dashboard integration with Microsoft Fabric.
- Monitor and optimize data workflows, pipeline performance, and system reliability.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment automation and CI/CD implementation.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and platform‑related issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, mapping documents, and operational procedures.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.

- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, BI Development, or Cloud Data Platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data ecosystem.

- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Microsoft Azure or Microsoft Fabric certifications preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Exposure to enterprise analytics and reporting environments.
