Job summary

Ascendion Engineering is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Integration Developer with 6+ years of experience to design, build, and support integrations between Dynamics 365 Sales CRM and enterprise apps. You will create scalable data exchanges using Azure Data Factory, Azure Integration Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and Dataverse, ensuring secure and high-performance data flows.

The role requires experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, production support, and stakeholder collaboration in an Agile setup.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in CRM integration design, development and support.

• Proficient in Azure Data Factory pipelines for ETL/ELT processes.
• Develop, secure, and troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs using JSON, OAuth, and OpenAPI/Swagger.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Integration Developer with 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM and enterprise applications. The role involves building scalable integrations using Azure Data Factory, Azure Integration Services, REST/SOAP APIs, Dataverse, and SQL, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performance data exchange. The ideal candidate will have experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, production support, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration in an Agile environment.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in CRM integration development and support.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM, external applications, databases, and enterprise platforms.
• Build and manage Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and synchronization.
• Develop, consume, secure, and troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs, leveraging JSON, OAuth, and OpenAPI/Swagger standards.
• Implement real-time and batch integrations using Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
• Work with Dataverse, CRM APIs, and the D365 data model to support seamless data exchange and business processes.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, data mappings, and transformation logic to ensure data quality and performance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues across CRM and connected systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, CRM teams, architects, and downstream system owners to define integration requirements and technical solutions.
• Support CI/CD processes, deployment activities, and release management using Azure DevOps and source control tools.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, support guides, and operational runbooks.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards across all integrations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, testing, and production support activities.

Locations: Bangalore / Pune / Chennai / Hyderabad / Vadodara

Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Work Mode: Hybrid
