Job summary

RGBSI is seeking a MRP Expeditor to support material deliveries and resolve shortages in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Chennai, India.

The role requires mechanical engineering background, 4+ years of experience, and strong knowledge of SAP MM and MS Office tools. The candidate should be proactive, highly energetic, and able to meet tight deadlines while communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years of related experience.
• Shift availability: 3 PM–12 AM.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Knowledge of SAP MM Module.
• Self-motivated, proactive, high energy and able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-functional communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

• Support MRP Buyers by managing and monitoring material deliveries in and out of the warehouse.
• Assist with resolving material shortages.
• Perform a variety of coordinating, routing, and material handling duties to meet production schedules.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work the 3 PM 12 AM shift.
• B.E in Mecahanical with a minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Knowledge of SAP MM Module.
• Self-motivated, proactive, high energy, strong work ethic, adaptive, and able to meet tight deadlines with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to work as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant business/commercial degree preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing, high-tech, or semiconductor environment.
• Good understanding of supply chain processes and logistics.
