Discover your role:
- Develop and implement India-focused corporate, internal, digital, and social impact communication strategies aligned with global business objectives and corporate priorities.
- Lead local internal communications initiatives including town halls, leadership communications, newsletters, intranet content, and employee engagement programs.
- Create, adapt, and manage communications content including digital stories, announcements, website updates, and employee communications.
- Partner with India-based leaders across Commercial, Global Development, and G&A functions to support consistent and effective communication execution.
- Advance Regeneron's corporate reputation through media engagement, thought leadership opportunities, public relations activities, and paid communication campaigns.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams to support employer brand, recruitment, and retention initiatives.
- Act as a steward of the Regeneron corporate brand, ensuring all local communications align with global brand standards and guidelines.
- Drive social impact programs in India, including employee volunteer initiatives and STEM education activities.
- Manage agency partners and work cross-functionally with regional and global stakeholders to deliver communication objectives.
- Monitor emerging issues, evolving priorities, and customer needs while effectively managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
This role requires:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 7 to 12 years of relevant communications experience, preferably within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries.
- Experience in corporate communications, internal communications, digital communications, media relations, and social impact initiatives.
- Strong understanding of India and global communications environments, including awareness of relevant regulatory considerations.
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills with the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to develop and implement internal and external events, including town halls, employee forums, conferences, and media engagements.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with media representatives and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of integrated digital communication channels and content formats, including intranet, video, mobile, and social platforms.
- Strong project management, organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a matrixed global organization and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Passion for science, innovation, and patient impact, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Fluent English communication skills required; proficiency in Hindi and other Indian languages preferred.
- Flexibility to support meetings across Asia and U.S. time zones, with ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
