Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Mumbai, India, is seeking a Diploma holder in Tool and Die making to maintain and prepare plastic injection molds as per production plans. Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Mold readiness as per production plan.


• Mold maintenance to resolve quality and productivity issues.


• Spare management for mold tooling’s.


• Daily management.


• Maintaining Tool validation reports for all mold inserts.


• Troubleshooting for injection mold.


• Maintaining mold related documents like check sheet, history card etc.

Functional Competencies

• Knowledge of plastic injection mold manufacturing and Maintenance


• Knowledge of all conventional machines.


• Capable of reading engineering drawings


• Should maintain 5s of mold maintenance area


• Knowledge about measuring instruments.


• Need to have knowledge on spare management.


• Knowledge about MS office.


• Knowledge about AutoCAD and Pro-E is added advantage

Education And Experience Requirements

• Diploma in Tool and Die making with 2 to 3-year experience in mold maintenance.
