Spice Money Limited is seeking a Motion + UI Designer with 6-8 years of experience to join our design team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You will report to the Head of Design and collaborate with a talented team to craft intuitive interfaces for B2B and B2C apps.

Responsibilities include creating app animations, building design systems in Figma, and ensuring accessibility and WCAG compliance across products. This is an on-site role based at our Noida headquarters.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of professional experience as a Motion Designer and/or UI/UX Designer.
• Proven portfolio with motion design work, app animations and product UI design.
• Experience designing for digital products (web and mobile).

We are seeking an exceptional Motion + UI Designer with 6-8 years of professional experience to join our growing design team. You will report to the Head of Design and work collaboratively with our existing team of talented UI/UX designers to create visually compelling, intuitive, and functional interfaces for our B2B and B2C applications.

This is an on-site position based at our headquarters in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and create engaging app animations, transitions, and micro-interactions that enhance user experience and guide users intuitively through workflows
• Develop motion design concepts for interactive web experiences and product demonstrations
• Create graphic animations and visual storytelling elements for product features and onboarding flows
• Ensure motion design principles (ease, timing, spacing) are applied across all digital products

UI Design & Product Interfaces

• Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for our B2B Adhikari App and B2C customer-facing applications
• Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs in Figma with seamless handoff to development
• Develop comprehensive design systems and component libraries for consistency and scalability
• Conduct user research and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing
• Design for accessibility and ensure compliance with WCAG standards

Graphic Design & Visual Assets

• Create engaging graphics, icons, illustrations, and visual assets for product features
• Apply color theory principles to create visually harmonious and psychologically effective designs
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across all product touchpoints
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver cohesive solutions
• Provide design mentorship and guidance to junior team members where applicable
• Participate in design reviews, critique sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 6-8 years of professional experience as a Motion Designer and/or UI/UX Designer
• Proven portfolio demonstrating strong motion design work, app animations, and product UI design
• Experience designing for digital products (web and mobile applications)

Core Motion Design Skills

• Deep understanding of motion design principles: easing, timing, spacing, and real-world physics
• Expert proficiency with Adobe After Effects for creating animations and motion graphics
• Proficiency with Rive for creating interactive, vector-based animations
• Knowledge of how motion translates across different platforms (iOS, Android, Web)

UI/UX & Visual Design Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and component creation
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Knowledge of various graphic design styles and aesthetic approaches (minimalism, flat design, neumorphism, etc.)
• Experience creating icons, illustrations, and graphic assets
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards

AI & Emerging Technology

• Familiarity with AI design tools and how they can enhance the design workflow
• Understanding of AI/ML capabilities and how to design interfaces that communicate AI features effectively

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

• Experience with 3D design and animation tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, Spline)
• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics composition
• Experience with interaction design and prototyping tools beyond Figma (Protopie, Framer)
• Understanding of web performance and optimization principles as they relate to animation
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end development concepts
• Experience designing for fintech or financial services applications
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing

ADDED ADVANTAGE

• Understanding of merchant/small business user needs and pain points
• Familiarity with rural digital services and emerging market design challenges
