Job summary

Invsify Technologies Private Limited seeks a Motion Designer who will define and evolve our motion language across product, brand, and storytelling. You’ll bring financial data to life with thoughtful, accessible motion and design animations that clarify complex systems.

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to ship motion in product, and work with content and social teams to unify motion identity across Reels, Ads, and UI. A strong portfolio is essential.

Qualifications

• Mastery of After Effects, Figma, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong understanding of motion fundamentals—timing, pacing, easing, composition, legibility.
• Ability to simplify technical or data-heavy content through clean, meaningful motion.
• Experience with real-time tools (Unreal, Unity, Rive, or Lottie) is a plus.
• A portfolio showing restrained, tasteful motion that clarifies rather than overwhelms.

• Create motion studies and prototypes that communicate user flow and emotion
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to ship motion in product
• Work closely with content and social teams to unify motion identity across Reels, Ads, and UI
• Maintain consistency and scalability across every motion asset — product or brand
• Help build internal standards and reusable motion systems
