Job summary

Kinnect in Bengaluru seeks a motion designer who can turn ideas into eye-catching content across reels, explainers, and social videos. You will design and animate assets, collaborate with creative teams, and adapt static designs for digital platforms using motion, brand storytelling, and rhythm.

You will stay ahead of trends and leverage GenAI tools to speed up workflows, with a portfolio that demonstrates creativity and brand understanding. 2–4 years of experience and strong craft are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in motion design or visual communication.
• Expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Blender or 3D tools is a bonus.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools like Runway, Veo 3, Synthesia, GPT-4o, Adobe Firefly.
• A reel/portfolio showing creativity and brand understanding.
