Brandtackers in Bengaluru, Karnataka, is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor with 4–5 years of professional experience to create social media creatives, digital ads and short-form videos for multiple client brands.

You will collaborate with strategists and founders, maintain a consistent visual identity, and adapt assets across formats and placements while delivering timely, high-quality content.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics and video editing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media design, advertising creatives, motion graphics and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Reels and short-form video content.
• Experience creating creatives for Meta Ads and Google Display Ads.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Job Overview

Brandtackers is looking for a Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor with 4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, social media content and digital advertising.

You will create engaging social media creatives, digital ad designs, motion graphics, Reels and short-form videos for multiple client brands. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual design skills with video editing and motion design expertise.

You will work closely with strategists, writers, founders and client decision-makers to turn creative briefs into high-quality, performance-focused content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media creatives, posts, carousels and Stories for Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Create high-quality digital advertising creatives for Meta Ads and Google Display Ads.
• Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos and social media videos in platform-specific formats.
• Create motion graphics, animated creatives, transitions and visual effects.
• Develop creative concepts based on campaign briefs and brand guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics and video editing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media design, advertising creatives, motion graphics and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Reels and short-form video content.
• Experience creating creatives for Meta Ads and Google Display Ads.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, composition and brand consistency.
• Ability to work across multiple brands and manage multiple creative projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with creative feedback.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Good to Have

• Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, RunwayML or Canva AI.
• Strong interest in motion design, typography, visual storytelling and branding.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or with multiple client accounts.
• Understanding of performance-driven creative and advertising.
