Responsibilities

• Design high-quality static creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, app banners, email templates, presentations, pitch decks, magazines, and other marketing collateral.
• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, explainer videos, and short-form video content for digital platforms.
• Create illustrations, pictograms, icons, infographics, and other assets aligning with brand.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, product managers, and researchers to execute projects.
• Ensure brand guideline consistency across all communications.
• Translate financial concepts into simple, visually appealing designs.
• Stay updated with design trends, animation techniques, AI tools, and social formats.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.

We're transforming the investing experience through intuitive technology and thoughtful design. We're looking for a talented Graphic & Motion Designer who can create visually compelling content that simplifies financial concepts and elevates our brand across digital touchpoints.

Role Overview:

As a Graphic & Motion Designer, you'll be part of the Design team, working closely with the Marketing, Product, and Research teams to create engaging static and motion creatives. From brand campaigns and social media to pitch decks, publications, and product launches, you'll play a key role in shaping the Motion Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality static creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, app banners, email templates, presentations, pitch decks, magazines, and other marketing collateral.
• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, explainer videos, and short-form video content for digital platforms.
• Create custom illustrations, pictograms, icons, infographics, and other visual assets that align.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, product managers, and the research team to execute creative projects.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all communication.
• Translate complex financial concepts into simple, engaging, and visually appealing designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, AI tools, and social media content formats.
• Manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
